New Roof

You will get a new roof done right in a cost-effective way. We carefully assess every job before we begin to make sure you’re getting everything you need and nothing you don’t.

There are two main methods we use to give you a new roof: a complete tear-off of existing shingles with board replacement if needed, and a roof-over, which involves a second layer being placed on top of existing shingles.

Sometimes, we’ll combine elements of the two if the situation warrants. During your free-estimate consultation, we encourage you to ask questions about these options. It’s your comfort at stake and we respect that.

Roof Repair

Leaks. Missing shingles. Storm damage. Snow and ice removal. Normal wear and tear. These are common problems that usually don’t require a complete roof replacement. Our roofing technicians will give you an honest assessment of the repairs required to stop your roof leaks.

• If you choose to hire us, the $150 becomes your down payment, rendering the repair assessment free of charge

Insulation

Insulation is a very important and often overlooked aspect of roofing. No matter how good your roofer is, a lack of quality insulation will keep your energy bills high and your comfort low. We’re experts who can evaluate your current insulation and improve on it if necessary.
